Today, I am thankful for . . .
Ministry. The fact that God can use someone like me always amazes me!

There is SO much to be thankful for! God has richly blessed me this year. Though I've not posted the seven-days on a blog, here they are!
1. Salvation. I shudder to think of where I might be without Christ reaching out and saving me. Oh how I praise Him for loving us "Gentiles" and offering to us His saving grace.
2. Bible. To hold God's Word in my hands and to read it and memorize it is a privilege that not every Christian has. Oh the many, many ways that God has used it to reprove, correct, and instruct me!
3. Growth. I am grateful for all those growing times (yes, even the painful ones!): The ways that God refines my rough areas and polishes me for His use.
4. Family. All thirteen siblings (two in heaven) and my two parents. What a wonderful, wonderful blessing to be raised in a God-fearing family!
5. Privileges. God has allowed me to do many new things this year and take several trips. Each new excursion has been an adventure and has benefited my walk with Christ in some way or another.
6. Music. I often take the musical part of my life for granted, but what a blessing it is! I love singing with my family, teaching piano, and arranging hymns.
7. God. I serve the God of gods, the King of kings, and the Lord of lords!!! There is no one so great as my God. No one who can even compare to all that He is!!! Oh how I pray that I will love Him more and more.
